Extra Heavy Items

Moving extremely heavy or bulky items can easily be a recipe for disaster on moving day. Items like pianos, gun safes, and more are best left to the professionals. We are trained to assess the best way to move these from your home and deliver to your new residence to avoid injury or damage to your belongings. Big Heart Moving also carries Full Commercial Insurance, including Actual Value Replacement, to give you peace of mind when we are moving your valuables.

We will provide you with two movers to load up your items, transport, and unload them at your new destination. Packing services and loading or unloading only services also available.

Needing to pick up the pace?

Let our team of professionals assist with your local move. Our affordable, flat hourly rates and no surprise or hidden fees have helped us build a 5-star reputation in our community.

  • Two-hour minimum.

  • $35 Trip fee for any move within 20 miles of our lot next to Ellington Airport.

  • $1 per mile round trip travel fee all cities and subdivisions over 20 miles (Ellington Airport)

  • $2 per mile on all moves over 250 miles round trip. $3 per miles on all moves over 600 miles round trip. (Ellington Airport)

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards and checks.

    • There is a 4% surcharge for all debit/credit payments.

    • All check payments are required to have the customers drivers license number and DOB written on the front of the check.

  • Piano & Gun Safe delivery $50 extra.

  • Clock starts and stops at your home - we prorate by the minute.

  • We bring standard hand tools for any disassembly and assembly of any items for no extra charge.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of schedule move are subject to a $50 service fee (weather permitting).

  • $100 overnight fee (per truck).

There is a 4% surcharge for ALL card payments.

WE ACCEPT CHECKS

ALL check payments are required to have the customers drivers license number and DOB written on the front of the check.

We accept only TX checks.
